The IOC forbids the use of certain drugs based on the recommendations of the World Anti-Doping agency, regardless of an athlete’s country of origin. Pot is prohibited due to its anesthetic qualities.

In general, the more rural and remote a location is, the better; though supplies may not be as abundant, the open, sparsely-populated countryside is a much better bet for steering clear of zombies.
